Refunds/Exchanges

Our return and refund policy is as followed:

We know some items fit differently and since we are an online based shop we will always work with you if something doesn’t fit right/is damaged.

If you are unsatisfied please send an email to lyssandleyn@gmail.com; Please include pictures of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product and which option you’d like.

here are the details: 

1. Return the product. When I receive the product back I will issue a credit/refund if the product is received in the same condition that it was sent. 

2. If you don’t want to resend the product please let me know and I will send you $10 shop credit for future orders.

3. if you are returning the product: you have 5 business days to drop the package off to the post office to be returned or shipping label will be voided and refund will not be given. 
4. we are not responsible for incorrect ordering. Please let us know if you have questions on sizing or styles and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. 

Anything after 48hrs after delivered will be final sale and can be sold in the B/S/T thread in our VIP page.
